I'm running an ASUS GTX 580 Matrix and sometimes my profiles "break" for no apparent reason. It has happened to me a few times over the last few months, but I don't seem to be the only person with this problem.

Once I played BF3 for a few minutes and wondered why the higher fan setting didn't kick in. When I minimized the game to check I realized the fan wasn't running at all (0% speed) and the card was somewhere around 90°C. I could have easily damaged my card that day.

Is there any chance to have this fixed? Redoing the profiles every time it happens isn't very enjoyable.
