G73jh Terrible system lag and audio distortion

Hey all I have a question about my G73jh, when I am surfing the net or playing a game I get terrible system lag its like if cpu or ram use maximizes for about 5 seconds where everything slows down really bad and will not respond, plus I get a really bad audio distortion that reminds me of the transformer's cybernetic language from the movies.. it was only happening once an hour now its every 5 - 8 min..


Any Ideas on how to correct this, its making me view this from my main computer/favorite to one that I don't even want to touch so I use my tower instead.

Have you looked at the task manager to see if anything is using the CPU during the slowdowns?

I would if I could, the system doesn't let me look at anything when its freezing and when it unfreezes everything is running normal so I do not know why its doing this.
