Some of this stuff looks like you may have installed a few, so if you put it there, feel free to keep it.

Here is what I would uninstall:

    • Rotation Desktop for G Series
    • Roxio Cineplayer
    • Windows Live Essentials
    • Winflash
    • Wireless Console 3
    • Asus AI Recovery
    • Asus LifeFrame 3
    • Asus Live Update
    • Asus Splendid Video Enhancement Technology
    • Asus USB Charger Plus
    • Asus Virtual Camera
    • Asus Web Storage
    • Asus Scr_G75 Series_Eng
    • Asus Vibe 2.0
    • CyberLink Label Print
    • CyberLink Media Suite
    • CyberLink Power2Go
    • Gamefast.exe
    • Instant on for NB

Also, you have several "Windows Live Mesh Active X". You really only need to keep the one that is in your language. You can delete the rest. You can even delete the one in your language if you want to!

Not it's not. But you cannot disable Wi-Fi using Fn key without it.

Here is what I would uninstall:

    • Rotation Desktop for G Series - Worthless, Uninstall
    • Roxio Cineplayer
    • Windows Live Essentials - Useful, has movie maker and Windows Live Mail
    • Winflash - Remove
    • Wireless Console 3 - Wouldn't mess with
    • Asus AI Recovery - DON'T REMOVE THIS
    • Asus LifeFrame 3 - Webcam software, pretty useful
    • Asus Live Update - Remove
    • Asus Splendid Video Enhancement Technology - useful
    • Asus USB Charger Plus - Useful
    • Asus Virtual Camera- DO NOT REMOVE
    • Asus Web Storage - Not a big fan, remove
    • Asus Scr_G75 Series_Eng - Remove
    • Asus Vibe 2.0 - Remove
    • CyberLink Label Print - Useful (bundle) Allows you to watch DVD/Blu-ray. There's no free commercial blu-ray software so you're loosing out
    • CyberLink Media Suite - Useful (bundle) Allows you to watch DVD/Blu-ray. There's no free commercial blu-ray software so you're loosing out
    • CyberLink Power2Go - Useful (bundle) Allows you to watch DVD/Blu-ray. There's no free commercial blu-ray software so you're loosing out
