Advice on uninteruptable power supply

Ello folks
im just after a bit of advice again lol. power cuts is somethin we dont usually have a problem with but in the last couple of months we've had a few. ive also had to flash a few bios's in this time too so have been lucky.
ive looked around on the net for a battery backup but have no clue which type or which power capacity id need. all i want is a backup that would keep my rig running for say 15/20 min if a power cut was to happen. this way if i was flashin a bios or anythin i would be able to finish without the power failling half way through.
any suggestions are much apreciated. i have'nt got loads of money to spare lol so would like it to be as cheap as it could be without compromising its reliability.
thanks in advance folks 😉

cheers! thats not expensive 😄 id rather pay that than have a power fail during a bios flash. save the hassle.
this one one do the job wouldnt it as it says 7mins at full load. id of thought it would be under estimated? or would i need one with more power as its not ur average familly pc http://www.criticalpowersupplies.co.uk/ups-systems-three-phase-ups-single-phase-ups-battery-backup/p...

I'm using one of these: http://www.amazon.com/CyberPower-CP1500PFCLCD-Compatible-1500VA-Tower/dp/B00429N19W (the 1500VA/900W one) and I'm really happy with it! 🙂

Had several power outages and absolutely no problems - switched to battery and back. I observed once, while doing a 24 hour prime95 testing that there were 4 outages (short time) in total (it's recording the events) and got no errors at all!

They have built in power meter and have a software to connect with your pc - you can check how much power your system is actually using. Oh, and turn off the alarm! - if you have an outage at the night, it will scare the sh** out of you...
