    G74SX CPU Upgrade

    I wanna upgrade the CPU in my Asus G74SX-BBK9 to a Intel Core i7-2760QM

    will this work?
    Current PC

    Asus Republic of Gaming Laptop
    G74SX-BBK9

    Core i7 2670 2.2GHz
    16GB Corsair Vengence 1600MHz Ram (Running at 1333MHz)
    2GB Nvidia Geforce GTX 560M
    120GB Sandisk SSD
    500GB Secondary Hard Drive
    500GB External USB 3.0 Hard Drive

    yes it will data dave had already took out the 2670 and put in a 2760 , i will also replace my 2670 next year with a 2960xm. good luck.

    i am very curious about the upgrade to the 2960 you are planning,
