ASUS N82JV....bad bios

:(......i ve upgraded to bios version 212........apparently bios is not good
impossible to start the notebook......no power no leds......
i tryed to disconnect power battery....press on/off button for 30 sec....
nothing work any more.........
need help

Have the same prob as you, being 3 days looking for a solution, but without luck. I think there is a way of flashing it thru the CD as I see it tries to read from it. Also I read that these laptops has asus BIOS crash free 3. But no idea how to maker it work. My model is a n61jv.

Was the flash done from an NTFS formatted drive? This seems to be a problem for people. At this point if you can't get it to boot after removing the battery and unplugging it at the same time then you will need to RMA it.
