Vengeance and Vengeance Pro are not the same! The Pro series goes very well with Haswell...

I recently built a system with that CPU, cooler and 2x8GB Vengeance Pro kit - working flawless, except the H80i... that cooler with it's stock fans is getting noisy if you start pushing the CPU... and it still can not keep the 4670k very cool...

I'm using only a mild OC (4.2GB) and had to change the fans on the H80i to keep the temps in my comfort zone... used Deltas instead of the original Corsair fans, which are still noisy, but at least have very high airflow... - so just keep this in mind...

Sincerely, if you're not sure about OC'ing, then I don't see too much point in the Maximus VI Formula... I would go instead with the Gryphon and it's armor kit (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...=-1&isNodeId=1)...

You would save close to $100 on the board which could go into the memories... let's be serious, Haswell can handle higher frequencies than 1600MHz... this kit would go nicely with the Gryphon: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820233600

If you have space in your case, I would step up to H100/H105/H110...

16GB of memory is about the average right now... 8GB would do, but depending on the applications you want to run, 16GB would give you peace in mind...

Not sure what you mean by "it's the only mobo that i find applying"... you can certainly OC on the Gryphon too, in fact, all the boards today will give the option of OC'ing - if you want to go extreme, then you need the Extreme or Formula boards...

Corsair is overpriced RAM, and Thermaltake makes bad cases.
    Everything else looks great

I bought my Vengeance Pro 32GB kit on Black Friday for $55 cheaper than the comparable G.SKILL kit but unless you can catch it on sale, yes it is overpriced compared to G.SKILL. When they run the rebates from time to time, it is a good deal.

I would also recommend you look at Mionix or Zowie mice. Specifically the ZOWIE AM or the Mionix Avior 7000. They have superior sensors to the Mamba though they may not be wireless. I own the Avior 7000, used to be a RAZER/Steelseries mouse guy. This thing blows it away.

You also might like the Mionix ZIBAL 60 if you like mech. keyboards. I happen to hate Mech. Keyboards so I have a Steelseries APEX.

It looks good to me... the Vengeance Pro kits comes in different colors, so you can match their scheme to the board's colors... - I'm really happy with my Vengeance Pro kit with the 4670k...
