What rating is your breaker, I am running a good couple of systems with 1200W PSU on a 13Amp
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

You're in US, so I guess you have the same standard outlets and breakers as I have... - then it will be fine! Perhaps you will never get the max amperage from that PSU anyway...

As we already discussed, the MOBO WILL FIT IN THAT CASE!!!

You had choose a very performant memory kit... too performant for the i7-2500k... - for those very high frequencies the IMC in the 2500k may not be strong enough... if you stick to that memory kit, an i7-3570k would fit better with both the mobo and memory...

Not sure why did you pick the Intel's closed loop cooling system... if I recall correctly, that was designed for the LGA2011 CPUs... you're going LGA1155, so you have to double check if you can mount it on your mobo... - if not, just go with the Corsair H80...

As I said, that memory is really good! Just the CPU you selected, the i5-2500k won't be able to use it entirely... 2800MHz is a really heavy load on the IMC... that's why I suggested to go with the i7-3570k - that memory was specially designed for it...

If you want your system for gaming, then a dual graphic card setup is ideal... and again, the 3570k will be better for games too...

I'm not so much into games, but I don't think that more than 8GB memory would give you much benefits there... if you go 16GB, that will be surely enough for any games!

And yes, you're right, that Intel cooler will fit the LGA1155 socket too... they start selling it when the Sandy Bridge-E CPUs came out (LGA2011), hence my confusion about it... - so, you're good to go with that too!
