TrayApp.msi missing

On the G73JW when starting, It repeatedly tries to open and install TrayApp, however cannot find the TrayApp.msi file. I have to cancel out 3 install attempts before the machine is ready to work.
Does anyone know where or how to find and reinstall this file? I assume it is a Windows application. To stop it I must turn of the Windows Installer file in the startup configuration files, however then cannot install anything else, so that is not really a good fix.

GrimesB, At any point did you install SW for an HP multifunction device or printer. IF so you may need to reinstall that software. Also did you do a clean win 7 install on your machine yet?
