I have noticed that my G55 has a uncontrollable volume system, it is extremely loud, however, after updating it gets better. I don't know if other people are experiencing the same. Another problem is the speaker, whenever I call someone on skype, people complain to me, a noise is in the background. I record myself for some speeches, and I also hear the noise. I want to know if there is a way to fix it, or I should send to fix.
