It should be, the G75 is powerful enough to handle anything! 🙂 Definitely a great computer!
I am disturbed because I cannot break my system...found out there were others trying to cope! We have a support group on here, if your system will not break, please join!

It's terrible for minecraft. The graphics look all blockish and pixelated. 😉

I thought minecraft was blockish and pixelated on the iP0d t0uch . Should be cakewalk to run, then.

I dont think there is a machine out there that can't run minecraft 🙂 ableit the newer the machine the more blocky and pixelated it gets.

I just bought a G75VW-BBK5 from best buy and had geek squad install windows 7 and the virus software and I was given recovery discs. Do I have to manually download all the files (BIOS, BIOS utilities, etc from this page (http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=3&s=388&m=G75VW&os=&hashedid=gkyI9iViQxXxueTd) or are they already on my laptop? I ask this because I have Shogun 2 and while it plays, the graphics look no where near as detailed as I've seen other Asus laptops (ex. g53) play it on Youtube and the fraps for the Dx11 1080p bench mark ar only 19.8 at the highest. I've downloaded the latest nvidia driver but it doesn't solve the problem. So do I need to download those 90~100 files for my laptop? Or are there other things I need to configure? I'm a real noob at this.
