Hello,
I have Asus G53jw and I have problem with my Fn Key and other keys.
It works only when i press Fn+ F5, Fn+F6 for increasing and decreasing display backlight and Fn+F7 for turning display on/off, other combinations doesn't react.
Also I noticed that buttons for choosing perrformance mode and display mode doesnt work. Only button for turning keyboard backlight on/off works.
I tryed to search through OS to find where can I turn these features on. But with no success.
I will appreciate your help.

You might want to try reinstalling the ATK program, the newest version of which can be found here:

http://rog.asus.com/Product.aspx?PId=38

Hopefully that'll work for you. If not, you should try googling the problem. This forum... well, let's just say that obviously it's no one's full-time job. 😉

hi, I used another option. I run OS in emergency mode and used one of the returning points. Problem solved. But thanks a lot for the advice.
