I need help how to overclock my rig.

Maximus III Gene
Core i5 650 3.2 Ghz
PSU cooler master 650 watts
Corsair 4GB (2X2gb) 1600 Mhz timing 9-9-9-24
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus (double 120mm Fan)
Zotac graphics card GTS 220 1GB
Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Appreciate if you can provide a step by step overclocking guide.
