Thanks for the replies guys. Yeah the N56 was pretty decent, the issues I had with it were minor since the floor unit didn't have any of those probs. The CPU was the same 3610 but ran a little cooler (than the first G55) but the fan was louder. I opted to go with the G55 for this reason. The replacement G55 is taking everything I throw at it and not breaking a sweat. I'm a happy customer.
