Xonar Phoebus not starting on initial boot.
I bought a Xonar Phoebus sound card recently, and I have had to install it on the bottom PCIe x16 slot due to there being no where else I can fit it with the gigantic GTX670 phantom on the top slot in the way (Asrock z68 Extreme3 Gen3).
The problem I am facing now is that on initial startup of my PC my sound card doesn't turn on/isn't detected by Window 7 at all, but after restarting the pc through the OS it will click on and start running.
I bought all this stuff recently so I'm hoping it's not faulty hardware..
Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

Fill out a bug report form and send it to the email address shown in the bug report form sticky thread.
Make sure you are running a fresh install of the operating system. It is up to Windows 7 to load drivers for the device so it sounds like you guys have some kind of conflict.
