Finally, after waiting an extra week for another Intel 6200, it finally works. Configured the wireless router a little, and using the 5GHz band at home with a connection speed of 300 Mbps. This time it was a cinch. No code 10, just pure awesomeness. Now I know why people said it was practically PnP. Thanks to those who gave me tips and help from the first post.
