The Intel 520 is the better option as it works on the SandForce Chip (unless the 330 is the new one that's hitting the shelves?)
8GB of RAM is plenty, just bear in mind that if you want to upgrade your RAM further, you can only go as high as 16GB. Win 7 H/Premium supports up to 16GB....you are getting the 64 Bit edition yeah?
I have heard pretty good things about the C/M V8 Cooler...but you may want to ask the staff where you buy this rig from if it will sit over your RAM or will one of them get in the way (the RAM could be high profile i don't know...do check it out )
Liquid Cooling *can* be risky, but if you get say a Corsair H60, 80 or 100 they are closed systems and never need to be refilled.

Now, Brian Rule, that system is a killer!

I agree with Myk SilentShadow about the Intel 520 SSSD...

If you want to go for sure with the CPU cooling, and you're afraid of the Corsair H100 (closed liquid cooling), you could go with the Noctua NH-D14 or Thermalright Silver Arrow, these all have very similar cooling capacities - and they're the best (excluding here the custom water cooling options).

Honestly, did your currrent set up max up PCIe 2.0? If yes, how you detemine it? Sorry if I am the only one who cannot spot the differences.
Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.

You are gonna have to go with the ASUS Maximus V FORMULA or Extreme. I have the extreme and the Gene, the GPU you have chosen is a three slot card and you cannot run two of them on that board.

u r right ,,i can't max the card in a pcie 2.0 lane unless the card is pcie 3.0
u know that pcie 3.0 has double the bandwidth of pcie 2.0 which is 8 gt per sec .

there will be no problem if u r running one pcie 3.0 card ( the high end like the gtx 680 ) in pcie 2.0 lane , but when it comes with two gtx 680 , u will lose the performance because they will be running by 4x

ok i think this will be my final build before ordering. and also i need your opinion on gpu. can i just use a single GPU for now im kinda short on the budget. will this be ok? and i have some questions about storage do i still need to put a internal HDD like the 1 TB seagate barracuda?

    +1
The Extreme is good for maximum overclocking potential and all the bells & whistles but it's not really going to improve gaming over the Formula.
