Do you have 32-bit or 64-bit installed? 32-bit only supports 4GB of RAM.

ok, it's a 64 bits. I also want to know what is the limit of ram memory I can install, and where I can buy it.

Here is a thread you might want to read. A couple of folks discussing memory capacity and limitation. Pay close attention to the part about CPU. Since the memory controller is built into the CPU that will be your limiting factor on how much you can install.
