I had to change the turbo ratio to 37 to make it work for me!
This is what I have done:
1-AI Tuner to manual
2-cpu stap to 125
3-turbo ratio to 39, 40 to hit 5GHz but stay with 39 for now
4-cpu clock gen filter to enable
5-memory freq to 1666 for now
now go to digi+ and set
1-cpu llc to high
2-cpu current to 130
3-vccsa llc to regular
4-vccsa current to 120
5-cpu power duty to t.probe
6-cpu power phase to optimized
now get back to AI tweaker
1- set cpuv to 1.43 or more depend on your luck
2- set vccsav to 1.025
3- set vtt to 1.125
disable spread spectrum for cpu and pcie
*now go to advanced tap
cpu configuration
1-disable ivt
go to cpu power configuration
1-disable c1e+c3,6&7
