G75VW Playing with battery issues

Hi guys,

Yesterday I bought this G75VW, it is awesome!! Today I was playing Battlefield 3 with the laptop plugged in, everything went ok and smoothly, but when I played only with the battery, the game started to lag so much. It seems like the clock of gpu or cpu oscillates in that mode.

I've already changed the High Perfomance Profile, but it not worked... Someone has any idea?

This is an intentional design choice. Gaming on battery power is not recommended, largely because it will suck your battery dry very quickly.

Yeah, I see the logic, but what if want to play just a few minutes before my battery runs out, I can not? Isn't a way to play?

Out putting so much power can and probably would hurt the battery.
