The best way as in the best tool or the best way to edit the model? In terms of tools I would use GIMP. It's similar to Photoshop but free. As to the model, I would completely replace it with your own text. You may need to replace ASUS as well if you want it all to match perfectly. Trying to just replace just the letters would be hard to get right.
