Hi to all I have the Crosshair IV Formula
and all the time I USe a HD external driver USB 3.0 I have Wester Digital And ADATA, and I connect them to USB 3.0 The PC freeze I have try to find driver update of USB 3 port but it seams ASUS was release only one version of the driver in 2010.

Could you help me pls

We haven't found any issues when using the USB 3.0 drivers supplied on the disc that came with the motherboard or on our support site. Are you using USB 3.0 drivers version 1.0.19.0?

Hi Baoh,

Mason was suggesting that you try 1.0.19.0. Please uninstall 2.0.30.0 and install 1.0.19.0 instead.

It looks like one is WHQL and the other is not. Windows is most happy with WHQL so start with that.
