I've been checking g75vw images from various retailers and none seem to show a kensington security lock slot. I'm assuming there isn't one available.

Are there any recommendations for theft deterrent devices? I know these things aren't designed to prevent theft, but as a theft deterrent, something to prevent the casual opportunity-presented-itself thief from jacking my g75vw while i take a peepee break while at the library.

All of the G75's come standard with the Kensington lock.

I picked up the G75VW-BBK5 today from Best Buy and I am unable to locate the Kensington Lock port.

On the right side of the laptop, I only see the power port, LAN,VGA, HDMI and 2 USB slots.
On the left side of the laptop, I only see 2 USB slots, card reader, mic and headphone ports.

Does the BBK5 model not have a Kensington Lock port or am I overlooking something?

The Kensington lock is on the back of the computer, so it isn't visible and it's out of the way! Love that feature on my G53SX, the kensington lock doesn't take up mousey space, and stays out of sight...except for a bit of the cable.

EWWWW! I'll bet no one touches it! More psycho deterrent that a cable lock!

I am disturbed because I cannot break my system...found out there were others trying to cope! We have a support group on here, if your system will not break, please join!

From the back top left corner of the CPU Exuast port, thats where mine is
