TouchPad responds (slow) after the movements are made, as in after and not when movements are made.
Or is this a hardware issue? :confused:
If not, is there a solution to this issue?

The touchpad lag may indicate DPC Latency in some driver or a process using 100% CPU utilization. Troubleshooting with DPC Latency Checker would be how I'd handle the former. Process Explorer for the latter.
