Hmm. You could either try booting from USB and seeing if it detects it (I'd imagine it should, as card readers typically show up as generic Mass Storage Devices). Otherwise, you could always try a generic USB SD card reader, though nowadays it might just be cheaper to get a USB thumbdrive.
