My laptop is just back from repair and I found that the battery is unable to charge, anyone how to solve this problem???

Have you tried re-installing the battery?


If you remove the battery and run the laptop on the power adpt, does it turn on?

How to re-installing? Do you mean take it out and put in again? I check my Ac and is it working.
It works when I remove the battery with the AC, the battery meter shows is plug in and charging, but the battery is not charging up.

Yes take the battery out, hold the power button in for 10 sec. Reinstall the battery and then connect the charger
