16gb for the Architectural programs and Designing work your planning on doing.
1 ASUS GTX 670 -DC2-2GD5 GeForce GTX 670 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0
Just because it's pci3
CORSAIR H80 HYDRO
Water coolers put less/no presser on the MoBo and work great.

I agree with Nackers on the graphics card and cooler selection... - even if the OP said "no watercooling" (then listed the H80 as a possibility)... the H80 is a closed loop watercooling system...
Regarding the memory, I would rather go with the GSkill TridentX series... of course, if fits in the budget and is available...

Thanks for the advise.
no water cooling I meant no actual installation of liquid in the build because I dont feel comfortable yet to do smth like that and risk my componets.

The H100 is better than the H80... and Ivy Bridge CPU's are running hot when OC'd...
Just one more suggestion... try to get fans for the H80 (same thing for the H100 too, if you change your mind) with high static pressure! You do have to keep the good airflow through the radiator, otherwise the performance will be waaaaaaay below the air coolers...
