I use a HAF 932, it has 5 x internal 3.5" bays, 6 x 5.25" bays and will take E-ATX / ATX / Micro ATX / Mini-ITX mobos.
It comes with 3 - 230mm 700rpm (intake front and side, exhaust top) and 1 - 140mm fan (exhaust rear, can't remember the speed) all pretty quiet.
Loads of space, wheels if you want to use them, good space behind the mobo for cable management.
I'm very happy with mine, especially as it is also built with watercooling in mind (triple rad fits up top with no modding, and I'm putting in a double rad on the bottom with some slight modding and the loss of 1 intenal 3.5" bay)
You can also fit a huge ventirad on the cpu as well, before going to WC I had a Noctua NH-C14 in there.
