Go for an NVidia GTX780, which is not a re-branded GPU, like the GTX770 and GTX760i, it’s a brand new GK114 Kepler GPU, OR wait and see what the new AMD 20nm process might bring. Lower heat and noise, always a good thing.

I see your dilemma, bro. Luckily I'm out of that, the Asus 680 4gigz is a dream. Got DCS Warthog on Surround, max settings, and it's just smooooth sailing, no stutters or glitches at all!
Sorry for being incommunicado a while, been to Helsinki, and been working a lot and taking the Hoth System flying Also been P95'ing, got the rig on to 4.6 ghz, max temp 77, 1,24 V as I recall, offset mode.

My Corsair cable kit should arrive today or tomorrow, UPS tracking just stinks lately, the 24-pin arrived last week at the door and UPS said it was still in Oakland, California, What the?

In natural sunlight with no flash, the Corsair cables and extended memory heat sinks look like cherry candy.

The GEN1 cables are installed, GEN2 24-pin sitting on the desk, from this view they look identical, up close very different, or maybe I'm just crazy.

edit: Promise I'll do a much better job with the video cables during the recabling, gonna use some small black zip ties to separate the two 6-pin lines and dress um up a bit.
Nah Bro, 29 bucks for this

Hehe yeah, Fundage is a word...here in Aus anyway

Yeah, I saw those pictures of the new Asus MBs, Bruce. Very cool. They have also changed the color scheme of the other models. Black and gold. I wonder why the Formula is now called Hero, though. Maybe because it doesn't have WC anymore and thus the new name does not promise that feature implicitly? Or maybe because Asrock is now also using Formula in their models and Asus doesn't want to be confused with that? A combination of both?

I am looking for a new kitty. I had to put my kitty to sleep last week - 19 years. Hardest thing I have ever done. Wife and I are really having a tough time with it...

    This just in!

We’ve got kittens. In the backyard this morning a momma cat is taking care of her kittens underneath our outdoor shed. Babybear is trying to grab one before they run and hide under the shed, they’ve had no exposure to humans yet so it may take a while to get some good photographs. Alina of course began crying, she says it’s a positive sign, a sign that it truly is Mother’s Day!

I've never had a cat before maybe we will keep one.

baby cat addendum: Anyone know how to take care of wild kittens? Their eyes are open, they are walking around about 4 to 5 inches long, very fluffy, they look like big fluff balls. I put some cool water out in the shade for them, since we are leaving. I’m guessing they are at least a week old, the momma cat has already been here three times today to feed them I guess? If they were born indoors with humans they would be responsive, but since they have no contact so far, I’m not sure how to gain their trust. I could feed them but don’t want to give them anything that will harm them. Seems to be only two of them which seems strange. I though cats had 6 at a time.
I have had kitties since I was 2 yrs old, so that means 44 years of kitties. Eyes open and walking around - they are roughly 4 weeks old. They should be getting nourishment from the mother for a few more weeks. She may have had more, but only 2 survived maybe. Or predators in the area. If you plan to adopt them out, it is important to domesticate them, as feral cats will be hard to adopt out. Try some dry kitten food to lure them out slowly. It may take them a little while until they figure out what the food is. They will get used to you.
