Insane or genius?

This is my prototype, i will strip it down, and rebuild the chiller, this was only a test. and it works super..

The tape is not looking good, but in will be gone in next week..

The polar pipe chill 2 pcs 240 rads...

Hmm, tubing, hmm. yes this is my new build, new fittings on its way, and some other bling stuff..

i went for dual loop, with 1 balancer.. Turned out better than my discontinued Headshot

So. please, the computer is not complete....

data> 1 pcs radeon 7950, with low flow pump, at 1340mhz, is around 31c max load

Still isn't chilly enough, for my taste.. bit in now there will be -25c outside..

My water/color.. its glycol/water

typical me, cant complete a build, before i need to benchmark..

3 pcs 240 rads in this build..

its a tight seal pipe/rad..... No freeloading inside air..

water expand/contract.. So having that lite valve on top of the balancer, not fully tighten..

just throw the pipe through the window, and chill.. lazy, and great..

That's really cool! When outside will reach -25C and that air is blowing on your rads... - what are you gonna do about condensation? It may form along the tubings and on the waterblocks... or you will keep open the window to balance the room temp?

Yes zygo..

Its real simple.. and the price is close to nothing..

Zka..

My pipe is 6 meter, after 3 m, i have a (125mm duct fan), to help push the air..

condesation....I have taken that into my calc.. and i have much experience from this kind of setup's..

No prob......

The pipe is not taped 2 the rad.. I have brackets, and 4 screws.. It look tacky now, i know..

No, on the other side of that blue styrofoam is the great outdoors. At this time of year where I live -10' to -20' C not uncommon. I am in eastern Canada.

I put gentle typhoons in my rads and they just draw wicked amounts of air through.
