ROG exchange login fail ?

I am trying to login to ROG exchange but i am getting

"you have entered incorrect or non-existing account info.
please try again or register an ASUS Member ID."

But i have an ASUS Member ID and i can remember the password (hence i am @ this forum now with same credentials)

IS the server down or am i doing anything wrong ?

I am using my email adres and the password i use to login to the asus site

Guys ı got terrible to login excange in asus AI sit 2. what is the problem ı know my name and password but it says there is no name or wrong pass???:mad:

Is it fixed? because I have the same problem as these guys, I just click on the "forget password" to get an email to reset the password, and it's fixed my problem.

should I be using my email address or my account "name" ? tried both, and reset password, but still not working 😞
