I7 990x and Rampage 3 Extreme Overclocking advice please

Hi guys
Ive had a play about the last week or so after asking and reading up a bit, so far Ive settled on

just over 4.09GHz stable on the CPU

the multiplier is set to 20
the Bus speed to 200

the memory is set at just over 1604MHz
If i push it too hard the memory doesn't like it i think

I bought two 12GB sets of 2000Mhz memory, but they are not matched as a 24GB kit,
(tho they are identical kits), as such i was told id prolly have to run the 24GB together at 1600 or 1866, it seems it likes 1600 i think thus far. I had a couple of BSOD @ 1866, but its solid at 1600

the CPU is pulling 1.296v - 1.310v max
its peaking at 65Deg C under prime95 under 100% load, that's with my Antec 920 cooling set to medium and not too loud as i don't want it deafening me.

does that seem a reasonable set of figures guys ?

If these are decent figures id be happy running it at this
i know i could run the CPU a bit faster
but i don't want it too hot that the life of it is reduced.

any feedback is appreciated as im very new to this

The ram you are using is not designed for the X58 platform. That is the reason why you will struggle to get much more than you are getting currently.

If I am brutally honest, in real world you will not be able to tell the difference between a system running 1600MHz and one running 2133MHz.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.
