hi I have a problem.. my laptop won't switch on whenever I'm on my battery.. i got to plug it on in order to make it on.. i'm disappointed with this.. how do I solve this problem?

First thought would be that you have a bad battery. Batteries are typically warranted separate from the rest of the unit, but if this is a relatively new unit, then you should absolutely see about getting a new battery under RMA.

I also have a RS72 and had the same issue. Looks like this is a common issue on RS72.
