Best packing for inside of built Pc.
Any suggestions for proper insulation/packing materials to ship prebuilt high end pcs. Like a blown in packing material or preshaped?

Yes the kind that solidifies after leaving the can or a custom shaped insert would be best. Any loose packing would just settle/compress and be ineffective. If you're worried about a heavy heat sink or gpu then it can't afford to move even a little because a good jolt will tweak the solder connections.

Be very careful with that stuff; it can put off a ton of static if it rubs things (ie a cardboard box) while being removed.
The only other concern I have with using that material inside a computer would be how you'd go about removing it when it arrives.
