ATI Cards only produce the heck loads, Nvidia focused on gaming only crap i read, so Nvidia produces like 10x less then the ATI cards.

Could someone who does mining explain the process for me in some detail? I've been looking around the internet to find a good guide for it. I notice that there are sites that you can pool your cycles with so that you can get a percentage pay-out when a block is mined. What is the best site for doing this?

I have questions similar to that.
    Case: Antec Twelve Hundred
    PSU: Antec CP-850
    CPU: Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz
GPU: NVidia GTX 260 Core 216
    RAM: Corsair DHX 8GB DDR2 800MHz 6400C5DHX

Well, we know that's not true because Nvidia excels at F@H, which is decidedly NOT gaming. Usually these kinds of discrepancies are based on client efficiencies. Likely whoever wrote the Nvidia client didn't optimize it properly.

its all software and the way they compute data

in this case a steam processor is much more efficient at doing this work than a shader.
