I guess that I am suppose to tell you all who I am... some of the old timers in modding probably remember me. I have been feature in magazines, written a few articles for CPU mag, We have done two workshop on modding for Nvidia (one at Nvision and one at quakecon) and hopefully inspired some new modders out there! Modders-Inc.com is my home and site so come by, say hello and stay awhile.

This mod was made for staff vs staff event that allowed us to ONLY spend $150 to do the modding and no outsourcing stuff to be made for the case. The modders had to do all their own work :-)

Ok here is my official submission for ROG Formula X mod contest......I won the overall CPU magazine mod contest for all the Lanfest events last year ( March Edition) and used the prize to fund this build..




A little about my mod. I wanted something out of the norm, that would be the reason I chose carbon fiber/kevlar mix for my panels. I also chose a completely different layout for hardware and mass airflow for when I game on this machine. I was inspired by a fellow ROG member to give carbon fiber a whirl. this was my first attempt at carbon fiber and overall I am pleased with the outcome. total time spent on this mod is in the 500+ hour ballpark. so i am glad its done so now I can start a new mod.
