Overclocking the CPU is mostly independant of the RAM so will not affect what you can get out of your processor.
However, of the two kits the lower CAS one at the same frequency and voltage will be better!The GSkill Black Zseries kits are great. I actually want that kit you have listed there too!

I recommend that you read the following article about different memory kits from DDR3-1333 to DDR3-2400.

To get the gist of the article, at least read the first and last pages. If you want to learn more, and your brain isn't hurting too much, the parts in the middle are great, too. FYI, the author, Ian Cutress, has a PhD and is also a competitive over-clocker with several national records under his belt, so he knows what he's talking about.
