First of all, I am new to this forum and I am sorry if this complaint is already posted

So here's my problem:

I received my g75vw last week and i found some issues that was pretty disappointing for a 2k laptop.

The main problem is the lag spikes i have in league of legends, every 10 secondes and annoying lag spikes that the speaker does
every 2 min (estimated).
I"ve read some posts and all i see is the macafee uninstall or like unactivate a setting, not pretty sure. Is that anti-virus relevant for
this laptop?

what should i do ?

I am really beginner sorry.

The game seems have many compatible problem....
If you try to remove MCfree antivirus software after,will be solved the issue....maybe you must be do it...
This game have more quickly troubleshooting on the official website, you can visit there and to reference(seems chinese language only)

HI, could you disable Macafee and try again, also try re-install new Audio driver, you are able to revise audio control.
make clarify problem: did you play Video movie or play other Games have same issue or not?
