I broke my screen on my G74s and can't find any replacements for this model. I was wondering if I could just use the G74sx screen if its the same size and resolution that i have on my G74s.

There's no such thing as a plain G74S, all of them are G74SX-xxxx
That would explain why you couldn't find the screen 😉
HI, are you sure your NB model is G74S not G74SX? where were you bought it or could you provide me SN, i am able to tell you correct model type, thanks.

I think~~you must be sent the notebook to asus service center repair and detail check... Because,if replaceable the parts fail or others problem..... Maybe cause more warranty issue.....Please consider
