A question about BIOS

I just got a BIOS update that says it's optimized for Windows 8. I use Win 7 and I don't plan on upgrading to Win 8 on this computer. I was wondering if I should go ahead and install this BIOS version or stick with the one I currently have. I just got a Win 7 BIOS update about 3 months ago. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks 🙂
