My PC Frezze it all Days to 3:00 AM. Help Please!! Automatic updates?

I figured out that my pc freeze it all nights in the same time 3:00 AM. I don't know why but last week i checked all days the hour of freeze and i saw that was 3:00 AM.

My specs:
I7 3820
Rampage Formula IV
Corsair h80
Patriot memory 1866mhz 16GB
1TB Hard Drive

I think that is one problem with automatic updates or maybe not. Someone that have it a solution i hear it. THANKS

Any other information that you need tell me. Please help!!!!

I found the problem. One 1TB hard drive was damaged. After remove it from my machine all good.
