hey guys my first post here so bare with me im a semi noob at pc stuff, meaning i still get the jitters when i try to install programs theat have a manual process to it . bit to the ?

two days ago i bought a g74sx bbk7 for 500$ heck of a deal huh?, my first rog

so im looking around e-net and find some software that this pc offers , but i can not find it on the pc such as gpu tweak, gamefast, rotation desktop, and a few others and my ? is where do i find this im asuming the previous owner didnt install the software or somthing


and my second ? is as a new rog owner i would like to know what are some of the features of this pc that will be fun and helpfull
