Hello,

last week i bought notebook ASUS U36SG-RX036V and i have a problem with it. When i want to set a volume down or up (Fn+F11/F12) it doesnt work. Setting of brightness (Fn+F5/F6) works sometimes. When I bought it, I updated win 7 to Win 8.

Please can you help me with this? Thank you

Please re-install ATK driver

If you want to upgrade your OS from Win 7 to Win 8,to prevent software compatibility issue, please uninstall the older version driver before install the newer version driver
