Hello , i have Asus UX31A with 128gb sandisk u100 .


1) I want to upgrade my ssd to crucial , is it possible ? what ssd should i buy ? msata ? sata 3? 2.5 ?

2) Another question is about the wifi direct option , i tried with INTEL My Wifi dashboard to connect my Samsung S3 with no success , i cant connect the devices even they see each other .

3) i have problem also with my hotspot , i try to share internet with hotspot , but the connected device dont get an ip or somthing like this , it just not surfing

Glad to help...if I can.
1) It is likely custom soldered or else mSATA. Disassemble computer and reply.
2) Samsung ?Galaxy? SIII...the phone? Sorry, mate, don't know why you are doing this.
3) Sounds like an issue related to #2. Maybe explain what you are doing? Is this a 3G mobile hotspot, in which case it sounds like a driver issue.
I am disturbed because I cannot break my system...found out there were others trying to cope! We have a support group on here, if your system will not break, please join!

hi, please tell more detail about your problem, like what are units you use? model name? if can please provide SOP, that would be better for us to duplicate.

Hello again ,

I try to connect the phone using Wifi direct to my Asus laptop to transfer files without cables .

Hotspot problem :

The network card in this computer is support hotspot feature . its mean that i could connect my Asus to internet using Ethernet Cable , and then share internet using wifi to other devices , like any smartphone .
