I'm on it. Fortunately I've done this once before, so I could just sift through some old emails to remind myself whom to talk to about it. At least Vizzy got my username right this time. Who says you can't teach an old (okay, okay, you twisted my arm, ancient) dog new tricks?

**Update** I received my new socket plate on Saturday and my PC has come back to life. It seems that my RMA has corrected my issues. I'd like to thank Scott for being so helpful and following up with me from start to finish. Great job ! Thank you!
