Asus GTX680 Direct cu ll Top, Game Freeze/BSOD

Hi, Having Some Trouble Getting This Card Run In Games Like, Cod Blk Ops 2 Borderlands 2, Even with Setting on Low or Default, This is a New Build First Running Graphics From Cpu Than Upgraded to This Card
Ran Great off Driver 306.97 at First Then i installed a beta ver. 310.70 Now The Fun Begins The Game Stared To Freeze up, Then Went Back To Drive 306.97 it Kept Happening
uninstalled All Traces From Control Panel and on C: Drive Reinstalled 306.97 And Now Game Freeze Faster Plus Now Getting BSOD, Also Reset Bios Back to Opt Defaults Also Not Getting Problems in Event Viewer.?

Max v Extreme
i7 3770k (No Oc)
Asus GTX680 Direct cu ll Top(No Oc)
G.SKILL Ripjaws Z 32GB DDR3 1866 Running at 1333
Corsair Case ,H 100 Cpu Cooler
Ocz ZX 1000w Psu
Samsung SSD 830 256Gb
Windows 8, pro 64

I would start by getting something like Driver Sweeper and using that to get rid of your nVidia drivers, then reinstall 306 once you've finished rebooting.

I Ran Driver Sweeper Twice Not Getting BSOD But it Still Freezes But Not as Quick.

When you are installing the driver make sure you do it as a custom install and tick the box to perform a clean installation of the driver.

Anyone Have Trouble with Steam now it seems That it Loads Twice ?
Any Good GPU Stress Test, Memory Test Just Want to See if it Freeze Out of Game Play.
Any More Ideas..?

The biggest Leap yet i Went an Cleared the cmos.
so Insted of Freezing up 3 -5min i'am Now up to 20 Minutes.
Bios 1408, What next ?
