Strange 3D problem - periodic static only while playing 3D games GTX 670M [pics+vid]

So guys,

I've been having this issue while playing 3D games, which can only be described as static vertical boxes on the screen that pop up every few seconds. I've highlighted it in the image below.

Before posting I've done my due-diligence by researching, both here, on google and haven't yielded no results. Its really frustrating because I can't play in 3d because it doesn't look normal.

I haven't even been able to find a proper name for what is happening.

Please help!

I've tried the following:
- changing the refresh rate (60,100,110,120) (varies gets worse or better)
- changing the visual theme (gets worse as well)
- changing the resolution (does nothing)
- updating the drivers (currently on 310.70)
- changing brightness levels. (no results)
- fresh install vs. fresh asus recovery disc install
- using a hammer (lol)

So,the old nvidia GeForce Driver alerady test?
GeForce 310.70 Driver is beta version,if use the GeForce 306.97 Driver have the same problem?

Or,try to change the Physx setting in the nvidia control panel(CPU or GPU select...)

i tried changing the CPU, GPU, but it didn't help. I also tried installing the 310.70 version, the one before the beta, but it didn't let me.

yeah it says my graphics card is not compatible and i cannot install the older version(s)
