What are the best fans for a radiator excluding the GTs as I can't find a store that sells them in my country also no san aces Deltas, Yate Loons or Noctuas

my rig: 3960x 4.8Ghz | H100 (planing custom loop) | hd 7970 vapor-x (this card is terrible for overclocking) Rampage IV Extreme | 16GB ram 4x4 corsair 1333 7-7-7-24 | OCZ zx 1250w

I like the Cougar vortex's which i use on my H100. There's a fare few others that use them too

I don't really care for noise levels but i do want them to have PWM and they mustn't sound like jet engines when turned up to full. Basically as long as my GPU on max RPM is louder then I don't have a problem with the noise. Also I hate whirring and motor noises the sound of air is fine but buzzing or clicking or anything like that isn't. The fans I'm currently considering are these: http://www.akasa.com.tw/update.php?tpl=product/product.detail.tpl&no=181&type=Fans&type_sub=PWM%20Co... because if those specs are true then they are perfect in color and noise.

i use Aerocool shark fans,very quit, also they move allot of air and they come in dif colors ans sizes.

unfortunately I can't find those in stores in the CZ either

You want high static pressure fans for radiators.
Like the Corsair Air Series SP series fans (SP for static pressure)
or the Noctua NF-F12
or whatever has a high static pressure.
