Do you know what bios revision you have in the MotherBoard. You should be running ver 1101 with that cpu !
Here's a plan, disconnect everything from the motherboard except the CPU and Video card, the 8 pin cpu power and the 24 pin board power, disconnect the HDD cables and DVD cables, remove ALL memory sticks except one and put that one in the mem slot farhest away from the processor. Remove the power cord from the back of the computer remove the battery from the motherboard and move the RLRTC jumper to pins 2-3 wait about 10 minutes, put the jumper back to pins 1-2 replace the battery plug the power cord back in and see if the system will post !
