LAW SUIT AGAINST ASUS FOR THE G73

How can we make a Law suit against Ausus for this G73?
    Any idea?

    This my thread: http://www.asusrog.com/forums/showth...-trouble/page4

I bought the laptop last Febuary.
It worked good for like a week then started crashing/lock all the time.

I tried all the fix, passed over 20hrs trying to repair it... still lock.
And the only solution is to leave the laptop to Asus for like 2 month whittout any assurance tht it will work (so many tried that whitout sucess).

Im working whit this laptop and can't accept to be seperate from my working tool for that long.

    Im fed up!

I think ASUS did not done his job on this laptop trying to impress people whit good setup whitout tweaking it.
Alienware laptop are maby more expensive, but they work...

Im looking for people in the same situation like me that want a refund, nothing else.
Let's me know the interrest, we could find a way to get to our goal = money back!!!

I answered your question in the other thread you posted in. Instead of getting frustrated over this, Asus provides local service centers in North America that can service your unit without mailing it out and having a long downtime.

Take the unit to one near you, and have them check it. I'm am positive the issue can be solved, and you can stop pulling your hair out over this.

In the meantime, I am closing this thread so that the issue can be followed up in the other thread that already exists.

    Hey INzider

You might be better off posting at the ASUS support forums; here is the link to the sub-forum for the G73 the BestBuy model.

Since you are looking to start a class action suite you might find better fodder for you cannon there.

Good call on closing the thread Chastity, I was going to do the same.
